Tap the Breakout Room you wish to participant in and then tap Join.This will display the list of open breakout rooms created by the host. Tap Breakout Rooms on the top-left side of the meeting controls.The host will need to facilitate moving these participants manually. Note: Participants not joined with the desktop or mobile app (version 5.3.0 or higher) will not be able to self-select a breakout room. They will be able to enter and leave breakout rooms freely. If the host has allowed participants to self-select and join breakout rooms of their choosing, participants will be able to view and select from a list of breakout rooms the host has created. You will have access to full controls similar to the meeting If you tap Later, you can join by tapping Join Breakout Room.The host will need to invite you to join the breakout room.Be careful as to which you choose as you will have to join the meeting again if you click on leave the entire meeting by mistake.
Choose if you want to leave the breakout room or the entire meeting.You can actually leave the breakout room and return to the main session at any time, or you can leave the meeting entirely from the breakout room. When the time is up, you will either be immediately brought back to the main session or you will have a short time to finish and return to the main session. Confirm that you would like assistance by clicking Invite Host.Click Ask for Help in the meeting controls.If you click Ask for Help, the class assistant will be notified, and they can then join your breakout room. While in a Breakout Room, you may ask for assistance. You then click "Join," similar to the following image: Generally, the class participant will organize and invite you to a Breakout Room. Breakout Rooms allow the participants to be in smaller meetings within the larger meeting for group activities. Breakout Rooms are one of the features of Zoom frequently used by the facilitators.
